I thought you'd like to meet him...............

Yesterday at 11: 30 am we got a call from Braedon. Mum put him on speaker. And this is what he said:
'We have a little boy. His name is Balian George.'
He was born only an hour earlier and we spent about three hours going shopping for presents! :)
Then we got to go and see him. He is our first ever nephew or niece. Us kids and Mum and Dad are all very proud.
But the proudest of course, are Braedon and Anna-Lisa. They brought this little man into the world and he is just perfect. :) Congratulations to you both! <3
He's got red hair! :D

And another picture because I can. :)

Love doesn't count Chromosomes

Hi everyone!
Just popping in to say did any of you know that October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month?
Now, if you've been reading my blog for any amount of time you would know that I'm am absolutely pro-life. And Down Syndrome babies, children and adults come under that umbrella.

They are beautiful people! They have just as much right to live as anybody else does. And do you know what? An extra chromosome is a silly thing for ppeopleto go on about!
God creates us all for different things. He has a special plan for each and every one of us.
I'll be displaying a picture at the top of my blog to show my support for these darling angels. I hope you might consider to do the same. These people are blessings from God! And it's our job to let the world see!

I'll hopefully be posting again more frequently. :) Life has been good. :)

My dream came true!

Well, it seems that whatever we want, no matter how hard we want it always takes time. Time, which I myself, hate waiting for. I'm not one who likes to wait, so how long has it been since the eldest of my siblings could have gotten married? About six-seven years actually, so yeah. You'd think if you didn't know me, that I'm some old person who is using a walking stick to get around, the way I'm writing this post, so I'd just better go on and tell you: (Caps lock on. :) )

BRAEDON AND ANNA-LISA ARE EXPECTING A BABY! WOOT!!

So finally I'm going to be an Aunty! And I can't wait! The baby is due about October 17th, ten days before Braedon's birthday.
And so the wait begins, and no, I have no idea if it's a girl or a boy, but that's fine as long as I finally get my wish! Please, if you could offer up a prayer for a safe pregnancy and delivery, that'd be awesome, adn please, just keep Anna-Lisa, Braedon and their precious baby in your prayers.
Ciao!

A Conversation on the Phone

Autumn my eldest sister rang today on the phone. Mum talked to her and then asked me if I would like to talk to her. I said yes. It was great to talk to her. She said that Mum had told her how upset I was. How I'd spent at least half of the previous night in Mum's bed because I was feeling miserable.

She talked to me for quite a while. And that was good. She asked me if I wanted to talk about it, about losing the baby. I said yes. She asked me what I would miss most about not having this new little baby. I told her a couple of things and she said she understood. I told I found it hard to understand why God made such a thing come about. She said that sometimes, even though we don't understand, God has bigger plans in mind than we can possibly imagine. Bigger and more wonderful than anything we could ever hope for.
She said she thought I should spend some real quality time talking to Jesus. I agreed.
All of us girls Easter 2013. Minus the new baby who went to heaven who Mum thinks was a girl
She also said that I could borrow her teddy bear and cuddle it like I was hugging her. She said she wished she could hug me right there and then. She called me honey all through the phone call. I cried more than once while talking to her as it was hard to talk about the baby.

But she understood, she didn't get frustrated or anything like that. And then we talked a little bit about what she might get for my birthday. She couldn't believe that I was turning fifteen, truth be told, neither can I.
Sisters are one of the truest and most comforting people we can have in our lives. They will laugh or cry with us, and always understand. And to all my sisters, you are the best!

Us three eldest girls. l-r Me, Autumn and Eden. Easter 2013.

I thought it would be different...

Well not 'my' baby.
I thought it would be different. Yes, I did. I didn't expect that after going with Mum to the ultrasound that I would find out something which would make me cry harder and for more reason than I had in a very long time.

I now have two siblings in heaven. My Mum now has had two miscarriages, one being twenty-one years ago, and one this very month. R.I.P. my littler brother or sister who I never got to meet, I miss you though I never got to see your smiling face, or hear your sweet baby coos. I hope you are enjoying heaven, being with Jesus. And I'll miss you, ever day. You were going to be our sweet baby to cuddle and love and protect from all that is wrong with this world. I remember saying 'Good Morning' to you while you were in Mummy's tummy.

I cried while coming home. I missed you. I love you. I am crying now, thinking of you.
And I find it hard. So very hard. We had been praying and hoping for so long. For you, the precious blessing that God gave us for only a little while. But in that while, we came to love and know you.
I wasn't going to be the eldest sibling to six siblings but to seven. I was hoping to be your Godmother. I was so very excited.
I hope you and the other baby who went to heaven (I think he was a brother and his name was Gideon), that you'll pray for the rest of us, here on earth. That we get to heaven. I want us all to be together, in eternal happiness, us together. Our entire family.
I love and you miss you, sweet baby. One day I'll meet you in heaven, though it won't be the same. At least I know that one day I'll be able to find you.
Vellvin Faine Catherine Agnes Onions. Big sister to seven. One in heaven. Younger sister to six. One in heaven. Godmother to one.

Our dear little blessing has gone to be with Jesus in heaven. We found out today as Mum went for an ultrasound and I went with Mum. I find it hard to understand why God even gave us this little blessing and then took the baby to him in heaven. I know there is a reason, and that it is for the best, but I still wish I'd had the baby to cuddle and to love. If I could just as you all to prayer for us. Especially Mummy, she was very, very, upset and it is not often that she cries, either. But she did today.

Dear Mummy's everywhere

Dear Mommy, I am in Heaven now, sitting on God’s lap.
He loves me and cries with me;
for my heart has been broken.
I so wanted to be your little girl.
I don’t quite understand what has happened.
I was so excited when I began realizing my existence. I was in a dark, yet comfortable place.
I saw I had fingers and toes.
I was pretty far along in my developing,
yet not near ready to leave my surroundings.
I spent most of my time thinking or sleeping.
Even from my earliest day,
I felt a special bonding between you and me. Sometimes I heard you crying and I cried with you.
Sometimes you would yell or scream, then cry.
I heard Daddy yelling back.
I was sad, and hoped you would be better soon.
I wondered why you cried so much.
One day you cried almost all of the day.
I hurt for you.
I couldn’t imagine why you were so unhappy. That same day, the most horrible thing happened.
A very mean monster came
into that warm, comfortable lace I was in.
I was so scared, I began screaming,
but there was no sound.
I guess they had you all pinned down
because you never once tried to help me.
Maybe you never heard me. The monster got closer and closer
as I was screaming and screaming,
“Mommy, Mommy, help me, please; Mommy, help me.”
Complete terror is all I felt.
I screamed and screamed
until I thought I couldn’t anymore. Then the monster started ripping my arm off.
It hurt so bad; the pain I can never explain.
It didn’t stop.
Oh, how I begged it to stop.
I screamed in horror as it ripped my leg off.
Though I was in such complete pain,
I realize I was dying.
I knew I would never see your face,
or hear you say how much you love me.
I wanted to make all your tears go away.
I had so many plans to make you happy.
Now, I couldn’t; all my dreams were shattered.
Though I was in utter pain and horror,
I felt the pain of my heart breaking, above all. I wanted more than anything; to be your daughter.
No use now, for I was dying a painful death.
I could only imagine that terrible things
they had done to me.
I wanted to tell you that I love you before I was gone,
but I didn’t know the words you could understand.
And soon no longer I had the breath to say them;
I was dead. I felt myself rising.
I was being carried by a huge angle
into a big, beautiful lace.
I was still crying, but the physical pain was gone.
The angle took me to Jesus and set me on His lap.
He said that He loved me, and He was my Father.
Then I was happy.
I asked Him what the thing was that killed me.
He answered, “Abortion. I am sorry, my child;
for I know how it feels.” I don’t know what abortion is;
I guess that’s the name of the monster. I’m writing to say that I love you,
and to tell you how much I wanted to be your little girl.
I’d tried very hard to live.
I wanted to live.
I had the will, but I couldn’t;
the monster was too powerful.
It sucked my arms and legs off and finally got all of me.
It was impossible to live.
I just wanted you to know how I tried to stay with you.
I didn’t want to die. Also, Mommy,
please watch out for that abortion monster. Mommy,
I love you and I wouldn’t hate for you
to go through the kind of pain I did.
Please be careful.
Love,
Your baby girl
I cried after reading this, well pretty much.
Why can't people see that it is just so evil! Abortion sounds like such a nice word doesn't it? Compared to killing babies.
Because that is what it is!! Its MURDER MURDER MURDER MURDER!!!! MURDER!!!
Once Upon a Time MURDER was MURDER!!
Can't anyone process this? Yeah its okay if you go killing babies you know its not like they are actually alive or anything. Because they are you know. Ask any Doctor.
Because no matter what the world says there is always God. And he is watching us, though we can't see it. And today is one of those days when I am more upset than usual.
"But I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child - a direct killing of the innocent child - murder by the mother herself. And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love, and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. Jesus gave even his life to love us. So the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love - that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child. The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts. By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems. And by abortion, the father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. That father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion. Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching the people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. That is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion. "- Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa you are such an inspiration to me. :)

And all I have left to share is this picture, and its the truth too.

God Bless

Sixteen minutes ago one year ago this day...

In exactly sixteen minutes one year ago my little baby brother Trahaearn was born.
He was an over due baby and I remember that day well. It was a bleak day (much the same as today) we had watched Tangled like we are doing so again and were in an agony of waiting. I had flicked through the RA series had been increasingly annyoed at the phone calls that kept coming which weren't from Dad and had just gotten permission to play a computer game on Braedon's computer when the phone rang.
That was also when I rushed down stairs It was Dad it had to be Dad. And it was Dad on the phone.
We tried to get so Kynan who was away at college could also hear Dad's announcement but he wasn't able to but we still waited until everyone was quiet and than Dad he started talking he said  we had a new baby brother. His name was Trahaearn Archer Wulfran (insert last name) that he had been born precisely at 3:00pm a Divine Mercy Baby, Mum was fine and we could go and see them at six o'clock.
Trahaearn a little while after being born 23rd of may 2011
Now, we place bets whenever Mum is expecting a baby wether it is a boy or a girl and most of us had thought that this new baby would be a girl on our official piece of paper. But I was pretty sure in the last few days before he was born he was a boy. Also none of us kids ever know what the baby is going to be called and Mum and Dad never tell us and always keep it a secret until Dad rings on the phone.
I didn't want to wait that long to see my baby brother but we did.
We got ready and than we all got into the cars and drove to the hospital.

Unlike last time Mum wasn't in her own room but in a large room which was curtained off into people's area's Mum was near the windows of the hospital and I remember seeing
Trahaearn asleep and Mum looked happy but tired. I asked Braedon the baby's name because I couldn't remember it and Braedon told me I always have trouble remembering the little baby's name in the first few days.
Trahaearn in April 2012. Isn't he cute?
We all got a turn to hold you Trahaearn and I remember holding you, seeing you asleep and you were so cute how I wasn't even looking at the camera but looking at you for the first camera. You were just so cute. Of course the inevitable leaving Mummy adn Trahaearn came round and out in the parking lot we said goodbye to Bernadette a dear friend of ours who had stayed the whole day with us.
And I feel asleep that night knowing that I had a new sibling to cherish and that we were no longer the 11 O kids but the 12 O kids.

Happy Birthday Trahaearn you are a special little man even though we aren't celebrating your birthday I am saying it "Happy Birthday"
Love your big, sister and on of your Godmothers,
Vellvin.

This and that.

 Hey everyone,
I haven't been posting much as you can see because I have been enjoying holidays before we start our new year of school which starts next Monday.
I have been doing lots of different things such as: playing board games, watching movies, writing a new story idea of mine, bouncing on our trampoline we got for Christmas from our Grandparents (well they actually sent the money and we bought it) reading lots of new and different books and just having fun talking and not having to get up early.
We had a great Christmas and this year instead of leaving my homemade Christmas presents until about September I have already started. Yes, called me obsessed if you want but I don't want to be like I was a few days before Christmas where I was knitting and making stuff. One of my new year resolutions is to have all my Christmas presents made before my birthday which is 16th of November. I want to try and finish them before the start of November because I have been contemplating thoughts on doing NaNoWriMo this year although I don't want to do the set 50,000 words. I am not sure if I could manage that, but I like the idea of doing the young writers program and trying for 25,000 which is still a big lot for me.
My two oldest brothers are leaving home on Friday night and we are all getting a little sad about it will be interesting to be one of the older kids I'll be the 4th biggest kid at home.
Today is Arwen's 3rd birthday ("HAPPY BIRTHDAY ARWEN!!) and Mum is getting a little sad that Arwen is getting so big and she is. Her words aren't so much like a little toddlers and she is being a responsible big sister to Trahaearn
It seems that Trahaearn is going to be a bottom scooter instead of a crawling baby. I was actually hoping he would crawl or commando crawl like I did. :D
So I think that's a pretty big update on things unless you want a list of all the books I've been reading and how super cool and awesome they are which I might do in another post.
And here's a funny video for you guys.
Have fun watching it.
So you think you know Homeschoolers? Think again. and I f you are a homeschooler this should be even funnier. :D :D

My week....................

Well, my week so far has been a pretty busy one.

Monday: We were expecting Braedon and Anna-Lisa to be coming that morning on the plain. But guess what? The volcano ash stopped them :( So after getting up rather early to go pick them up from the airport I really wasn't too happy.

Tuesday: Still a bit disappointed about Braedon and Anna-Lisa but I survived as you can see ☺ Moran and I did some cleaning of bathrooms and stuff.

Wednesday: This was a very big, long, tiring day................................Rogan and I teamed up and did a lot of cleaning we did most of the rugs and in the morning on Thursday I had really sore shoulders. :(
Plus,  me and Rogan spent the entire yes, ENTIRE day in our PJ's. :D And our slippers were really filthy from doing the mats. :D

Thursday: Mama and Papa came (Our Grandparents, Dad's parents.) And there were still some stuff which we hadn't done. :( We finished that stuff and than watched "Home Improvement" while Dad, Moran and Arwen went in Dad's work car to get Mama and Papa. We had dinner said the Rosary and took little kids to bed. Than Saxon, Eden, Autumn and I all started to watch Mrs. Doubtfire. We didn't finish it though. And some of the language was rather disturbing. Does anyone else have this problem with all these older kids movies have taking God's and Jesus's name in vain? I don't like it. It is bad and is against the ten Commandments. Not to mention even littler childrens movies have bad words and they learn these words and use them not understanding that they are not good or even appropriate words!!! Excuse my ramble if you will :)

Friday: Mum, Autumn, Rogan, Arwen, Corbyn and Trahaearn all went to Spotlight to get material and ribbons for Trahaearn's baptism. Saxon, Eden, Moran, Myffwyn, Mama, Papa and I stayed home and who would come to call just after they left? Father John. :) It was quite fun though that he had dropped by unexpectedly. :D Once Father John had left we did a few jobs and than Eden, Moran (who was feeling a little sick) Myffwyn and Mama
all sat down and watched Tangled we watched it all and Mama liked it than we got a phone call to say that Mum and the others were at Woolies and would be home soon.

Once they had come home I hid some chips and stuff be they were for the baptism. :)
Than we all sat down and had chips for dinner while watching "Hogan's Heroes" After that we took the little kids to bed and than finished Mrs. Doubtfire. By than it was almost 12 son I went to bed.
Well that's been my week so far and stuff and today we will be doing preparations for Trahaearn's baptism and after it. Trifle yum!!! By the way the most talked about thing this week has been the baptism in my opinion. :)
I'd also like to let you know that I haven't really been doping that much on blogger as you can see. That's what happens when you have a baby in the house. :)

Pictures of Trahaearn ♥

So here are some pictures of Trahaearn when we went to visit Mum and him at the hospital.

This is Dad feeling very tired holding Trahaearn shortly after he was born.

This was taken yesterday. Autumn was just dying to dress him. ☺

This was um, I'm not quite sure when.

This is Mum and Trahaearn Mum is pretty picky with her photos and she doesn't like this pic that much but,  Mum is usually very tired and stuff.

Isn't he adorable?

Arwen was extremely excited that she was "A big sister" and was so happy when we went to visit them and needless to say was rather jumping up on other people who were holding Trahaearn. ☺ She still retains the title "baby sister" however.
This is Bernadette with Moran
Bernadette stayed the entire day and we watched Tangled with her. WE had to make sure she was watching some really good parts however because she was crotching at the same time and reading instructions. ☺

Can't you tell he's happy?
As I said Corbyn was delighted at being a big brother to a little brother.
Moran with Trahaearn

Saxon with Trahaearn

Autumn with Trahaearn

Precious.
I took this photo of Trahaearn on our second visit.
Daddy once again.

Braedon with Trahaearn and yes that's a broccoli.
You see the reason that Braedon brought a broccoli to Mum was because he works at an organic vegetable farm and Mum usually asks if Braedon brought anything home meaning "cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower." And as it happens to visit Mum Braedon had to pass a long line of people waiting outside the emergency department and after having passed them the heard people saying "He's carrying a broccoli! Haha!!"
This was on the Thursday after when Mum and Dad brought Trahaearn home. Trahaearn as it seems has a fascination for his fingers which he sucks and it is so cute!!!
Beautiful baby eyes. ☺

This is the roses that Dad got Mum on the way home on Thursday.

This is a picture which Mum took for me of Trahaearn and I.

Aren't they cute when they sleep?

Arwen's a big sister!!!

big brother with little brother. ☺
