Joy!!

Okay so the last few days have been really hectic but I'm just here to tell you that first this is a scheduled post, and second that it has all been worth it.

At this very moment (I love using that line, can't you tell? :P) I'm standing on the deck of the 'Red Ship' which is the name the little kids and all of us call the Spirit of Tasmania.
The sun has set and the ship is drawing away from the land. It looks like the land is running away from the ship, in fact.

We all have our own 'buddies' to stay with on the ship. Once we're out of the harbour and said our farwell shouting 'Goodbye Tasmania' we'll all go to the little movies that the Spirit has, provided that the movie which is being shown is appropriate
We have two four berth cabins and four ocean recliners. Braedon even came down to help get us moved to Wagga.
Its very relaxing going to sleep with the sound of the ship and the gentle rise and fall of the waves against the sides of the ship. Of course its also very good if you happen to not think about aything to do about the Titanic or remember that you are sailing on the Bass Strait; a very deadly sea because of how shallow it is.
I don't know how much or long I'll sleep for on the ship...it's very exciting!

This was actually written one week earlier than our departure so its not as 'in the moment' as I would like.
Oh, and I won't have internet until Thursday or Friday so if you leave me a comment and I haven't answered or moderated any, that's the reason! : )

And so like Bilbo I'm off on a new and exciting adventure
'The Road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow, if I can, Until it joins some larger way Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say.'

 God Bless
